The folks at BlackEnd are different. The receptionists were frank and responsive to my questions, seemed genuinely excited for me to come in with my ideas for a consult. Sarah took as much time as needed to make sure she understood my goals at the consult and gave me a reasonable estimate for the effort expected. I plan to go back for future work, which is the best endorsement I think anyone can make.
